| 53 | Home | SALON POLICY Our Service Guarantee We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Revive Salon and Spa. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let your stylist know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed. Refunds All services are non-refundable!!! However, we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge, if we determine it is needed. The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by your stylist. You have 48 hours to contact your stylist to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result. Right to Refuse Service Revive Salon and Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our team. 24 Hour Cancellation Policy We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and you may need to cancel or change an appointment with us. In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule no less than 24 hours prior to the reservation. This allows us ample time to fill the reservation should you need to cancel/reschedule your service. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the start of your service, will result in a charge of 50% of the cost of service/services you are reserved for before you may reschedule your next appointment. *there are exceptions we understand you are human and life happens.* No Show In order to respect the time of our stylists, if an appointment is no showed you will be subject to a no show fee. No show reservations will be charged 100% of the total amount due for services, and you can possibly be serviced in the future on a walk-in only basis. Please be advised if you NO Show on a Re-Do Reservation we will not be able to schedule a new reservation free of charge. Late Please be courteous to your stylist and the salons other guests. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your reservation we may have to reschedule your appointment and assess a fee for 100% of the cost of services that you were scheduled for. | |||
